Divination

Divination is any practice that presumes to 'divine the will of the gods'... or in other words, foretell the future.  Popularly practiced forms of divination include reading runes, reading tarot, astrology (though here on luckyearthlings tarot and astrology have their own categories), skrying, crystal ball gazing, tea leaf reading and to some minds, palm reading (though as a palm reader, I disagree with that.  Palm reading does not 'predict' the future).  Divination can be a great asset for someone faced with an uncertain situation who nevertheless needs to make a decision.
